I am afraid this is simply UNSTOPPABLE... A One World Government under the Anti-Christ will ultimately be here, whether we like it or not. That new government will have TOTAL CONTROL over its citizens, and what we are seeing today are steps towards that end, the building blocks.

For those who don't pay attention here's something to ponder: The current US internet betting regs/rules/laws, on the Federal level, were written by Dems under & during the Clinton administration. The Bush crew is just using them. I don't want to ruin the tribal dance that's now at a frenzy so I'll add that the current DOJ has stepped up the pace in enforcing the Clinton era handiwork. They have been very imaginative in expanding and interpereting them also.....ScottyS

the sky is not falling, we do not live under a nazi regime, and it is expected that certain liberties will be restricted when the country is at war.

Even if they didn't publish this information,

don't you think joe Avg law enforcement official is more dilligent than before 9/11?

That is a subtle erosion of civil liberties too, it is all a natural reaction to being attacked.

Lastly, I meant what I posted, if you think Ashcroft is bad, you really haven't been around the block long enough, this guy is mostly hot air with little action.

Republicans think they can slap the words "fights terrorism" onto any proposed issues and then they act like they are taking the high road on the issue. Sort of like putting lipstick on a pig if you ask me.
