I find it ironic and so unrealistic when people deny the obvious that discrimination is a fact of life and not like we evil thing. It's rare when looks don't mean a thing, maybe getting accepted into some top University like a Yale or Harvard isn't going to happen without the pure excellence and superior intellilect required for them consider you
Everything else in life is based on discrimination. I choose which cantalope to buy at market, who I rent my apartment to, which girl I hire to be my barmaid if I own a bar
Simple things like a law stating I must rent to the party with the better credit rating are wrong, allow me some discretion
So much depends on who you know and how you look I stead of just numbers
Selling yourself and believing are so much more important. Quite a few guys with far from proper credentials, like being a med school dropout manage to get doctor positions, even like high level administrative positions
I always try to see what I can learn about a possible physician I might be referred to, I can usually find some educational stuff and licensing stuff and at least a photograph, that is what most people want, just the picture, like okay he looks like a good doctor, yeah right we know we you want the pic
Everything in life comes down to discrimination of some sort, I choose to live in San Diego instead of say, Miami.
Sexual stuff is all about choices
I might have some really weird link like I want a fat short redhead over age 50 instead of hot Blondie like a Barbara Eden in 1965. Live and let live works for me, but don't try to be so PC that you can't see what is reality
