Anyone have any recommendations for Artificial Christmas trees?

I've always been a real tree kind of guy, but the prices are getting outrageous.

What qualities should I look for? I want to shop online because of the discount, but I'm lost on what I should be looking for..

Is there a preference on the way the electrical should run? Is the way it's assembled, one way better than another? What do I need to know?

I'm looking for a 9'-9.5'
But I'm not looking to spend an outrageous sum of money. I've seen $1000+ often.

I'd be willing to spend up to $700, but would like to get in the $400-500 range...

All Advice appreciated...

Artificials are probably safer and more convenient. But never had one and never will.

Looks like the prices of fakes are getting outrageous too. I'll always stick to real. Of course, I do sell them as a second income, so...also donate $5 per tree sold to charity, and give out the leftovers for free to needy families the week of Christmas. Can't believe its almost that time. Trees arrive on Black Friday.

Have a daughter now so we do the family outing to cut down a tree.

I can't figure out what's worse putting together the 200-piece artificial my wife used to have or kneeling down into mud while it's freezing cold to saw down a real one for $75.
