it took 5 month's but my good friend chris isidore finally wrote a article about our situation.
i told chris to mention the specific books that did'nt pay, but for some reason, he decided not to.
that does'nt mean that he still won't in a later article, and he may even mention the books that paid.
i look back on the situation and can't belive that all these books stiffed us. even with our winnings, we blew them back at most places,and i bet none of you heard anything about that.
millenium made me roll the winnings over before taking a pay out . i rolled the winnings over within 1 month after the race and still did not recieve a pay out untill 1 week ago. ( hence i left all the winnings in the acct. to bet with)
the point i am making is that all these scumbag books that did not pay JUST ASSUMED that it was a hit and run.
first off, if it was then to fu bad to the books. they took the bets, i did'nt bend thier arm to do so.
secondly, this roll over bullshit is just that, bullshit. i must say that it did'nt bother me at first but again, looking back at the situation, what a bunch of ****************.
I strongly suggest to all bettors to stay away from asshole and booky scum MR.NATE EVANS at PAYOFF PLUS AND FIRST FIDELITY. this asshole made me roll over my winnings 10 times before any pay out could be taken. im not sure if the general endorses this dirt ball's books but if you do general then please do something about it.
i am pretty sure that major wager endorses them, and if so , WHY. do you really want to back a book that pulls bullshit like this. i guess it's o.k. if your making money off of them, but just let us know.

with out a doubt, the books everybody should be dealing with are CRIS,OLYMPIC, and CASCADE, BAR NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in rapping up, here's the total order of event's.
(1) we win money on he's vivid.
(2) there's no wrong doing what so ever with all the investigations performed.
(3) we don't paid even close to what we have won.
(4) we blow back all monies in which we had roll over bullshit rules. (except millenium)
(5) we have since bet big on another horse and lost are asses, yet we don't believe we will get a refund back from these greedy books.
(6) finger lakes is still bothering the owner and trainer, mik rolffs, about the race and people involved.,,,,,,,,WHY, because the offshore books lost and needed to call finger lakes race track and cause a specticle of a situation. i feel for anyone who win's big on anything. something like this bullshit of the books calling finger lakes or any track for that matter should'nt be done. these books go offshore to get out of the states but when they get hit, they cause trouble for the bettors who win. it's simple, is in it gentlemen, YOU TOOK THE BETS, THE BETS WON, YOU PAY THE BETS. then you go over the situation of determining if you want to carry specific race tracks. i could care less about the childish acts of these low life books. what i do care about is that they have caused problems for other people like mik rolffs for an absolutely legitimate race.......
(7) i would like to say that 1 of the people who is a friend of someone who bet he's vivid is filing a lawsuit for damages against the head steward at finger lakes, MR.STUART RAINEY, for actions he took against this person. this is unbelievable because this person did not even bet the race, but because the offshore books could not handle to lose and called finger lakes race track, innocent people are being harrassed. you see, MR. RAINEY feel's that someone should be made to pay because of 2 reasons. (1)he wants to show the offshore books that he is in-charge and (2) somebody won money at his race track legally and he may be angry about that for what ever reason.
(8) there is a link to offshore books and finger lakes race track. what is that link you might say, it is a MR.JOE ******. im not sure how you spell this scum's name, but he has been kicked out of finger lakes for booking bets there. he is also the owner to my knowledge of BEST LINE SPORTS. i wont even get in to his partner. the reason i know this is because he was mentioned to a trainer at finger lakes from the head of security at finger lakes that he was indeed in contact with them. can you believe this bullshit. this guy is the biggest scum on earth, we did not even bet his book, i don't even know this guy(only facts about him from very good sources), but he's the big cheer-leader in leading the charge for the offshore cause.

Herman Jones,I agree with everything that you wrote.My only problem is that you should of known better than to play into some of these books,that you mentioned.You guys were too greedy.If you did your homework, you would of found out,that these books,are shit books.
Next time you've got a live firster go to a larger track.You then can open 20 legitamate outs,with no problem getting down or getting payed.
