I just can not beleive how many people actually are supporting artest's move to go in to the stands, I'm sorry last time I checked the guy got hit by a PLASTIC cup of beer, not a hard bottle but a plastic cup, this right after a bullshit foul on one of the true gentlemen of the league who just lost his brother 4 days pryor. Athletes have no right to go into the stands for something as minor as a beer cup. As a pro athlete you are told day in and day out that you have to be used to the fans booing you, and talking smack to you, and even having plastic cups thrown at you, let the authorities take care of the fans. As great a player as Artest is, he offsets it with being on of the stupidest players in the NBA. So please do not come out and defend Artest and tell me he has the right to defend himself from a plastic cup of beer, any one who defends his actions is every bit as dumb as he is.

What's so complicated about this ? The stands are for the fans and the court is for the players ! No if's and's or but's. When fans behave like idiots, the security aided by more cameras should identify the culprits and arrest them and ban them from the arenas but for an idiot like Artest to charge into the stands and senselessly start swinging at anyone He thinks might have thrown something is wrong ! It is obvious that He attacked a innocent fan. If a fan comes onto the court, that is a different story. However in this case, fans were on the court because they were trying to get out of the way of the fights in the stands.

Artest doesnt care about money, just winning. Stern is trying to get rid of people who play defense. And he only suspended Ben Wallace 6 games because he has a jewish coach and is kisssing ass to the city of Detroit.

It is dumb how people ***** about low scoring basketball games. Why is a great defense so appreciated in football or other sports yet a good defense in the NBA is looked at as bad basketball. A bunch of idiots saying that is the answer.
