So I just found out that all flights to Charlotte have been cancelled and Arizona did not fly in ahead of time. It now looks like they will have to fly into Atlanta and take a bus 4 and a half hours to Charlotte. Take this for what its worth but these athletes are creatures of habit (all humans are) and this could give Carolina another edge in what I feel is a pretty even matchup

well Seattle helped Arizona prepare their cleats for the crappy field, so that is likely an even bigger advantage. Driving on a bus 60 hrs before a game doesn't do much.

thanks for that info short bus. Full disclosure, im on Zona and I have a super bowl future for Zona at 6/1 so I hope the travel situation doesn't hurt them. I was just posting the info for all since its at least some what relevant to the game. GL

Yeah, they never had any travel plans cancelled/altered. They were always planning on flying out Saturday afternoon after a Saturday morning walk through.

Looks like they have been planning this all along. It is not the norm for teams to fly out multiple time zones away the day before the game. Typically teams fly out Friday and do the walk through Saturday at the opposing stadium so my point is still valid, Arizona's normal road schedule is being disturbed. It's only been planned all week this week because they've known about this storm all week.

I know when I fly across the country I don't feel normal until day 3 of being out there. GL on all your bets everyone

Teams wont be allowed on field saturday or to practice on it all. They will get chance to go on field before gametime.

No offense but I'm pretty sure a group of 25 year old professional athletes will be able handle the 4 hour flight and 2 hour time difference. Plus this is a 6:40 ET kick, not 7 AM.

Lol I think Carolina knows their home field by now so this is only a disadvantage for Zona. But they will bring all cleat types and will adjust according to pregame workouts. I can't believe some of the misinformation posters put out just trying to be the first with some type of "inside" info, ie flight was cancelled when they weren't even flying in today and then the 3 hour bus ride from Hotlanta. Clt airport will be open for business tomorrow. Anyway I guess I should mention Zona will be taking the 1/2 mile 5 minute trip from their uptown hotel to the stadium so factor that in to your bets men. LOL!

That was a nice try. Personally, one of the reasons I check in here, is to find tid bits of info, I can't find elsewhere. Things like team x has several key players sick with flu. If true, this would have been great info. So I say thanks for trying.
