90 degree weather, 100 degress on the field... the ball is flying out of there... Lowry went out to pitch with 104 degree fever, both teams bullpens running on empty.

I will post an hour before gametime after I check the weather and wind conditions. The answer is YES. The conditions this weekend are El Nino hot and the ball is flying off the bat. Did you see all the doubles today off the wall and on warning track? Not only does the ball travel farther, but also faster making it hard to run down all those doubles.

8 is a small number, despite Johnson and Tomko pitching well. Also, keep in mind both bullpens are completely blown. So you will always have 3+ innings where a 4 or 5-spot could be put up like that, just like today and yesterday.
