Short answer - Based on Packers play against above 500 teams off last year I don't see them going on road and beating a Panther team that was very close to winning SB last year. Panther Defense is loaded.

If you are talking about Steven Davis, then yes he is back, and being pressed hard by DeShaun Foster. Davis however will be the #1 man starting the season (if healthy).
