Playing some at Absolute, but the days of the tables being full

I used to play for hours a day. (Tournaments, just loved them.)

Not really into it as much anymore. Have not played in a while.

I do miss those bodog tourneys with the big cash layovers.

holla, best year ever, going to keep it going
Some players must be making more bad descions than ever with the way the economy is.
(Desperation to put cash in the pocket.)

Just a theory.

I used to play on a regular basis for years. I wasn't a high roller by any means but my winnings always paid for my family vacations every year.

I think I just got burned out playing. I've tried to play some steps on PS but for some reason I don't have the patience anymore to sit there for hours.

Online poker sucks. I can not seem to ever win. I have had a good run of playing live, but for the life of me can not beat Pokerstars. Hardly ever fish playing anymore.

From the beats I've seen on there, I am not sure how anyone can make a living on it.

I play $10 9 to 45 player tournaments.

I have won one and cashed a few but in the long run I am down a few hundred dollars.

Two days ago, I accidentally signed up for a $10 45 player Omaha H/L tounament. I have never played Omaha in my life and ended up 4th. Go figure. :think2:

I have never had any luck at pokerstars either , just some outright horrible beats ive taken there. I only play lower stakes online as i dont fully trust it myself , but i play some when im bored. Just started to give UB a try and been ok so far but have fully given up on PokerStars just too fishy for me.

Yeah. Play mostly small on Stars. Love the great selection of games. I play a lot of Stud Hi-Low and O8. Also like to play in the small buy in $12 or less MTT's and 180 S&G

I have spent time playing on UB, BoDog, and Sportsbook(a Cake skin); however, these sites are pretty much dead for non hold em' action, and if you are not on at peak times, the hold em' selection is below average.

Stars and I imagine Tilt(even though I don't play there) are tops as far as having a high volume of traffic at all times. This is important to me, as I am on mostly 7 a.m to 5p.m. EST.

I also agree with some previous posts in regards to the level of play on line. The fish are getting eaten up quickly and not coming back to the pond as often. I am not trying to make a living as a poker player, but I do enjoy to keep a table or 2 going as I go about my business online.
