OMT, I doubt either candidate would address a "petty" issue like this during the debates, but you never know.

Sorry OMT, have no idea. The thing I heard is the same you did the last time we all talked about it. It sounds like they are desperate to attach a gutless version of it to another bill. Gutless versions of bills are essentially like op-ed pieces for Congress. No spending needs to be done because no criminal penalties will need to be enforced. That kind of bill I could see passing, but Congress won't even have quorom for more than half the remaining session before the elections so I think you will have to continue losing your money betting on sports for at least another year OMT
