Are there books you would pay a fee to keep betting there?

I paid for the old Rio account upgrade to the free 1/2 point program. Money well spent and would do it again with the right book. Tired of getting booted and would like to see more plans allowing sharper/limit players play at books not normally welcome.

how about the payouts? mine came via fedex for $20 but included a cigar to smoke as i celebrated my good fortune. they also sent me a very cheesy miami dolphins hat and a minnesota vikings sweatshirt...for no reason.

While Pinnacle does charge some (small) fees for some deposit methods the charges are for deposits less than $1000. It also offers many ways whereby one can avoid fees.
