I am sure they all want to win, but some players want it more than others and if they see the other group "going through the motions" then they call them out and this creates a stressful locker room. I think they are a group divided. Stephenson leads the "motivated" group and I bet even though he doesn't play that the timing of the downturn coincides with Bynum arriving. My guess is Bynum is undermining anything Vogel is trying to accomplish and has been a terrible influence on Hibbert.
