The simple ability to wager on the Celtics in games one and two.

Made more money as it turns out by wagering on the first two games instead(essentially like winning a +200 wager).

Plus, have the money in hand already, as the C's have not clinched the series yet.

Having stated that, my major wager is on P.P. to win series MVP @ +525, and at this point I believe he is the odds on favorite to take home the award, by a close margin.

I gotta say though, I like Van Gundy.......for now.

His act may grow old in time, but I find him extremely funny. Much better in this field of work rather than coaching.

With the Celtics winning last night, DISNEY stock may suffer from that today.

That deserves some sort of consolation prize for being almost impossible to do. I know it ain't over yet by a long shot (that 4th win is always the most difficult) but should Boston win the The NBA Title this year think about it. VD picked them to miss the playoffs altogether, 15 teams are going to lose that bet for varius punters but only Boston (most likely - unless Lakers pull off a small miracle) can not only make the playoffs and lose VD's $500, they are a huge favorite now to do the exact opposite - win the playoffs instead of not making them..

How high does it register on the Gambling Richter Scale for a player to identify a team, bet on it to simply not make the playoffs (like many teams had no problem doing, most notably the aforementioned New York Knicks) but not only make those same playoffs but actually win the whole shootin match.

Quite possibly a wagering feat that has never been done before in the annals of wagering on NBA playoffs. Unprovable I know, but quite a feat nonetheless.
