quote:
Pariaction,
You said last year that Majorbetting would be allowed to use your back office solution as long as they maintained all the players post up funds. Fred also said on several occasions how happy he was to have left NAB and gone to Pariaction. He said he planned on staying there a long time.
Everyone who reads these forums knows that he is rarely involved with any of the operations of Majorbetting, so why would he leave to go down the hall, as you say? To say that it was because he found a different hosting solution for his players really stretches all credibility. You were both happy with the arrangement, and there was not a single complaint on any of the forums about the lack of offers at MB.
Next thing we hear Fred is calling all his buddies looking to borrow money, and then boom, he changes his hosting solution. Pretty interesting timing, don't you think?
Did Majorbetting still have 100% of the players' post-up funds when he left Pariaction?
If so, could you provide some proof, as you do with the Allworld trust account?

There were two reasons for the move down the hall.
1) ALL of the books that we were doing call center for got moved down the hall. MB was one of the smaller ones.

Funny that you never mentioned this when it was finally discovered that Majorbetting had left your offices.........and it had to be discovered because neither party made any kind of announcement. I guess you were both hoping that nobody would notice.

quote:
2) The new software allows for more flexibility in setting up lines and profiles etc so that MB players (dime limits), and the other call center books, were not forced to make have the same restrictions as AllWorld players (high limits).

You expect us to believe that Majorbetting voluntarily moved because "The new software allows for more flexibility in setting up lines". Three months ago you gave the exact same excuse for why MB would no longer be using the Allworld software.

We have upgraded the Majorbetting software and separated the lines from AllWorld lines. This will allow more flexbility in the lines offered and we believe that the software is superior to IQ-L product.

quote:
Your statement: "You were both happy with the arrangement, and there was not a single complaint on any of the forums about the lack of offers at MB." is simply not true. How would you know if we were happy or not with our arrangement? Allworld's restrictions were not in the best interest of MB players.

I don't know what's not true about it. You took care of the Allworld restrictions with the software change 3 months ago, and you've been in the forums on many occasions praising MB and the arrangement you had with them. Are you now saying that you were lying when you were making those statements?

quote:
When MB left Pariaction, they had 100% of post up money secured and no I do not feel any need to provide any proof to you.

You don't have to provide proof to me or anyone else, but based on your track record of deception in the forums, you might want to think twice about not showing the proof.
You were not being truthful about Ft. Knox going on "vacation". Even when others hinted that is was a permanent shutdown, you denied it.
You never did "provide Majorbetting.com a verifiable and audited trust account similar to the Allworld Trust", like you said you would last year. You were just blowing smoke then...............and now it looks like you're not being very honest again.
Now today a respected poster comes to the forums with this complaint.

quote:
Slow pay at majorbetting.
Have been waiting 2 days for a 5 dime payout from them. Was promised yesterday that they would have funds in neteller this morning. Still nothing there and now they tell me that they dont know when they will have cash there, definitely not today and probably not this week unless they get some new postup through there.

If they had 100% of the players' money secured in a separate account, why would MB now have to wait for new postup money to come in to pay this guy? If the money is truly there, MB could bank wire it in a day.
How do you think something like this could have happened?
