are books deducting $ immideatly after payout

I was wondering which are the books that deduct your $ immideatly after you request your payment.and why some books dont?. Are they waiting for you to throw it away?

SIA + MANSION are examples of book's who deduct it immidiatly after taking the request, even if processing will only happen the next day or so.
