Get in contact with alitercorpsa. He'll be happy to show you a bunch of grossly over-priced places to rent.

My web page has it's own search engine. Prices are always negotiable. Prices are set by the owner. Aliter always represents the buyer or renter, and negotiates on their behalf. Go to advanced search at:

Aliter Corp Real Estate Services

if you have any problems with our search engine, you can call me from the USA at 561 208-1896. Note to American, when you have enough money to move out from your mother's do not hesitate to call me, I will find you a good deal - of course not as good as your mom's, nevertheless - I will find you a good deal.

I sure hope they are willing to negotiate reasonably, as in cut their prices in half! I thought the point was to go somewhere nice and different and save money doing it, not to move into a neighborhood with people just like home and pay just like home prices for it!

No thanks. I'm happy with the houses I bought in here in Florida. They are worth something. Real estate in Costa Rica is a castle-in-the-air. You're going to wake up one morning and those Malibu-like real estate prices in CR are going to devaluate about 50% to where they were before the whole bubble started. All the smart money is leaving or has left CR, if you haven't noticed. There are fewer and fewer people left down there that are even capable of paying these prices. No one in their right mind invests in CR anymore with it's very weak property laws (which give unsavory characters a chance to LEGALLY steal your property) and the shaky Costa Rican currency which could have a major devaluation at any moment. You have the Tico government which is desparate for money inventing new ways to relieve people of their cash who are dumb enough to invest money or live there. I will continue to strongly advise anyone I talk to about CR to not invest an apple in that little third world socialist's paradise.

Juge...Just make sure you have a lawyer well versed in the f*cked up property laws down there.
