Approached to become the middle man for a Book

A guy who I have known and worked for previously approached me about starting a book. He does not know the business at all but has alot of money. He talked about a 30/70 split with him assuming all the financial risk, which seems pretty sweet. He has no players and it would be up to me to get the players together.

I have a general idea about how to run a book, but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or ideas about how to be a local?

i was saying not worth it for other reasons on top of that....u get busted U get arrested not him....U have to deal with players , collecting, hassles, etc not him.
