On behalf of The Rx.com Management and staff I would like to extend our apologies to all of our posters for the extended down time the site experienced lately.
We are all disappointed when the site is offline and all the moreso when we experience a lengthy time offline such as we did this weekend.
Apparently there was a problem with the load balancer that allows us to use two servers to handle traffic simutaneously that was the culprit.
Right now our Tech Support people are still working on the problem in order to make sure both servers are working at 100% capacity..
Again, please accept our apologies for the considerable inconvienence you all experienced during the last 24 hours..
