what kind of cards do you guys use? My discover only offers 1% cashback on bills and I cant even find that option for my capitalone

chase visa rewards card... the best IMO lots of chances for bonus points and double points

QL... if your not paying for everything with a rewards card and getting the bonus $$ and paying off every month I would start man your a sharp guy this is smart to do its FREE money totally of your religious about paying the balance off each month

I agree Dante. That's why I applied for one. But it's hard to get a good card unless you already have one.

I had an American Express a couple years ago. Maybe I'll apply for another one and that will help me get a rewards card.

DS, except for the few places that charge extra to use a card, where did I ever say someone shouldn't pay for expenses on a card that offers rewards?

The logic is simply that sitting at home using electricity, gas and water is costing money, not making money, no matter what airline miles or cashback is offered. How is that flawed?

Do you really consider any of the words you quoted to be "big"?
Quick Question. If you buy a house for a 100k and sell it for 200k are you spending money or making money? How about if you own a business and you spend 3000 dollars for inventory that you turn around sell for 5000 dollars? If one were to buy a shirt for 10 dollars get 5% back resell it for 10 dollars did they not just make a 5% profit?
