A friend of my put a bet on Cleveland +1.5 in the first half. I was watching the agme on TNT and on TV it said the end of the first was 25-24... becuase I remember i was like damn, he barely covered... well now, everywhere is reporting, except for cbssportsline, that the score was 26-24. Anyone else having htis problem? What was the deal? Did they not count a 3 that was supposed to be counted in the first quarter?

I mean I believe it may be the correct score but what was the deal with it showing 25-24 at the end of the first quarter.. does anyone know why the score was changed.

I'm not sure. I watched the game but guess I wasn't paying that close attention. Strange.

I too remember it reading 25-24 as it went to commercial, but I think TNT just made a mistake.

Yeah, I thought I won my 1st Quarter play watching TNT, then I check, and it was a lost and I raged so damn hard.

edit: They didn't count a free throw. TNT had it at 24-22 before Sasha hit the 3.

about a minute left in the 1st Q ended, when Lebron James broke up the fastbreak by Vujacic by blocking him, Lakers grabbed the offensive board, and Sasha shot it from the corner, and it was a 3, yet the score on the screen counted it as a jumpshot making it 24-20 when it should have been 24-21. that's where the extra point came in. he later made a 3 in the final seconds to make it 26-24.

gotcha... yeah my friend actually thought he had won the bet.. never noticed that it didn't update in his account, or it may have updated and then they took it away later... he put more money on the 2nd half, trying to compound on that win, and found out later he lost and he also lost his 2nd half bet... ehh that sucks... TNT should keep that sucker updated correctly!
