I had the Giants RL AND the under. Instead of going 6-1, I go 4-3. Instead of winning over $800, I win a little less than $100. I think this game is going to be the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I'm probably cashing out after this one and just waiting for football.
There are bad beats in every sport, but the bad beats in bases are just endless. It's a constant, uphill battle because of games like these. It's practically impossible to get ahead because there is so much random shit that happens EVERY NIGHT that you just can't cap. Bullpens blowing up, managers leaving pitchers in too long, etc.
I've said it 1,000 times before... show me somebody who is up on the season and I'll show you somebody who has been fortunate enough to not have too many bad beats. Period. Dodging bullets and having the breaks go your way are the most important things when it comes to betting bases. Actual capping skills takes a backseat to those two things IMO.
