I was on the Giants also, and this one really stung. Pierzynski , who is the biggest a-hole in MLB, hitting the tying home run with two outs in the ninth was brutal. Crawford's error was a killer too, as Giants were already on thin ice with Vogelesong trying to close.
That being said, while I know lots of guys get upset over early gloating, and believe they were "jinxed", T-Mader's post had nothing to do with the outcome whether he bet real or monopoly money.
