Funny you should mention that because I'm really confused as well.
His Handle says Sean1 and he signs off Sean. This makes no sense to me because all this time I thought his name was Rick. And I always ask myself....why does Rick always sign off as Sean? and use Sean1 as his handle?

I guess you followed my suggestion to flip-flop for the 47th time. Yesterday, Neteller was an upstanding organization and a victim of the US gov't. Go ahead and sue them tomorrow. But by Monday, I expect a full reversal, and want to see you sue the US gov't, and testify on Neteller's behalf about how great they are.

This is what they actually said Sean....I don't see a contract in these statements.

US Gov't seized $55 million in the ACH system. That money ain't coming back, DOJ will keep it. I would think a lawsuit against the DOJ to get that money might be more sucessfull than trying to get money from Neteller.
Once this is all cleared up they should pay back the money seized by the DOJ. That's what I think will happen, they will pay out the funds they have not seized by the gov't
