Looks like a decent site- never used them - but they do not APPEAR to handle much in the way of canadian harness. (couldn't see Woodbine there at all!)
I couldn't readily see their rules so I also wonder about their payout limits there. Check that out.
I have mentioned this before, but check out myhorseracing.com - they have limits there as well but the software/layout is the best that I have played on.
