Anyone use or heard of 900Pay?

I am trying to find out information about this service. I saw it on a website. What books offer it?

Surf.. Cris and Intertops offer it, I was just about to try it on Intertops since I have an acct there but my link to the 900pay site does work, does any one with Intertops know the number?
