If your phone is called ID blocked the local numbers are ok, but the toll-free phones are no nos. Back in the day I would use pay phones, but I heard in the last few years pay phones are blocked by most toll free scoreboards. Then again must be 5 years since I used one, bless the cell phone with WAP or internet connection
