I sent it over 24 hours ago and no response from Hollywood. I sent 3 emails already to customer service... usually customer sportsbooks would at least respond with a courtesy reply?
Calling them is next, but in this day and age of internet books you'd think you could at least handle most issues by email. Besides, I figure they'd have to call the bank or get some supervisor to verify something so calling an 800# is mostly useless for this particular situation.
In fact, my emails specifically asked them to call me... that way I can get the right person on the phone immediately and not have to go through customer service hold, forward, hold, etc.
