just wondering what the difference is between tham and skybook. I know that they are a RIO book but everyone talks about skybook but no one seems to talk about them and yet they are reduced vig ?

As far as I can tell the only differences are that IIS has reduced vig, but does NOT offer bonuses like Sky, and also has a $500 limit.

Yep - I have never had any problems with any of the Rio guys.

Never hurts to have too many reduced vig outs (Pinny, Hollywood, Sirbet being my others)
