Anyone Noticing Big Price Hikes On Items

Store was selling eggs for $1.69 a couple days ago. Now $3.69. People have been buying them but it is not like people are loading up on them
At Tops a week ago they had chicken about half price. Probably stocked too much after initial hoarding and started selling cheap before it goes bad.
Haven't been out to a big grocery chain since a week ago. Not sure about other stuff

A lot of stores, discounters, etc might also be selling stuff at
MSRP as well. And not doing the normal price discount/ sales
they traditionally do.
