My thoughts:
Waechter just up from Triple A. He made two starts there. Allowed 7 runs and 3 home runs in 3 2/3 innings in his last start. Had a blister problem with the road rage finger on his pitching hand earlier this year.
Wright has no quality starts this year and is 6.75 in his last three.
The wind which at Wrigley will be whipping in from center field today, will be a factor here too, but will be blowing left foul pole to right foul pole and you got two less than top rung right handers going.
What you got going for you is that Wright is 2-0 1.32 at home vs. Rays. These are thoughts. You asked for thoughts. Don't let me be responsible for a winning play that doesn't get made though. GL.

I just finished capping this game and like the UNDER 10.5. These teams have played four times this year and have scored 3,5,5,& 5.
-Wright is 3-1 UNDER vs TB since 97.
-TB has gone UNDER 5 times their last 8 with an average of 7 runs scored in those games.
-Chi has gone UNDER 6 times their last 8 with an average of 7.40 runs per game (and that includes a 19 run game).

I stand corrected. Even my wind direction at Comiskey is a bit off. I guess it will be blowing in from left if it will be blowing in from right at Wrigley. More of an easterly wind I suppose. Really I can't seem to find plays I like today. You guys may very well be right about this one. Hope it does come in for you all.
