Actually FLorida is one of the few plays I actually like today. TOday's card sucks for the most part and after the massacre yesterday I'm thinking of laying low.
ONly plays I really like are Dodgers and Marlins.
Correia has been quietly been putting forth a decent season. The Marlins bats have been dormant of late, and they appear to be bothered by some key injuries to their lineup. The Padres have the better bullpen, which should allow them to have the better pitcher on the mound throughout. The oddsmakers have shown respect to the Padres when at home, but have completely disregarded them on the road. Not sure if that is warranted, and they have shown a recent ability to hold their own on the road despite playing some tough teams.
I probably want play this game but, considering FL was a 2 to 1 fav against the Mets last series and SD would be in same category with them or there about, why is line drastically lower vs SD??? Just somethin to think about?? Vegas knows Joe Public will be on Marlins and I think they are looking at SD to come thru hence the lower line??
