Cincy +7 I really like. I can't see Byu running away because I just don't think they are good enough on both sides of the ball to beat a team like Cincy by more than a td... Cincy is explosive no matter who's at QB and those senior WR are nasty... They literally reel everything in. What I'm about to say will probably make everyone scream lol but I truly believe that Cincy stretches the field vertically better than any team in the country.... Yes even better than Baylor, tcu, Texas tech, etc etc... Those other teams may have more prolific dominating WRs, but Cincy just creates havoc on secondary's with all their combination routes and vertical speed. You can't cover all those dudes 10-30 yards downfield. On top of that, both QBs have shown more than enough ability to hit those guys in stride 30+ yards thru the air.... That's seriously stretching the field. That's just my opinion tho, take it for what it's worth.

as for Boise state...... I'm not a fan of the Broncos but numbers don't lie, they dominate the line of scrimmage and shut down the running game. They play some weak ass teams but they do their part and play like they should every game, making them one of the most consistent teams in the country. You know what type of performance you're going to get with Them each week regardless of their opponent. Thank Chris Peterson for that. Normally I love great defenses catching points at home, I think they are Very live dogs. In this situation tho I'm going to go against my instinct. Here's why.....

boise state has a legit defense and probably better defense than Utah state who for the last 5 years has had on of the most complete defenses in the country. Utah state is at home and this game means a lot in terms of conference standings and the mountain division standings, so it's appealing to take them at +9 right now at betonline but the Broncos have just been mollywhopping people lately. Over the last four games Boise state is 4-0 with 2 shutouts.... Over those four games they have allowed a total of 24 points on defense and scored 204 points on offense.... Holy shitballs...

The he weather looks cool and clear tonight in Logan Utah and little wind of any at all. Keeton is out I believe for the Aggies so I can't expect their offense to be dialed in... Everything in my gut says take the home dog here but momentum and confidence are the two biggest factors people overlook when betting sports. Boise state has all of the momentum and waaaaayyyyy more confidence.

Im going against my liking of home dogs with a good defense and playing the team with the much hotter hand tonight. Bol to you sir

I'm also on Cincinnati, bought them up to 7 also.

The other game is a bit tougher. Agree Quack about getting points at home, but I have bet Boise a lot and they do a great job with both lines. Maybe the UNDER is a thought.

I've sworn this place off but I'll chime in on occasion. If Jeremy McNichols for the Broncos is in fact out tonight (leads the country with 14 rushing TD's), you'd be crazier than a coon ass dog on the first day of hunting season to take Boise tonight. Cincy definitely the play imo. GLTA

I have a lean on Utah St., but made the line higher so its probably a no go for me as I don't want to force they play. Fading mid week away faves playing on short rest is a good situational angle and Utah St. has a pretty good defense, they held their own against Utah earlier in the season, actually out gained them by 46 yards. Boise returns a stacked team with 17 returning starters but lost their QB and RB so there were questions how they were going to move the ball. Then they lost their starting QB 4 games ago and in stepped a true freshman QB Brett Rypien, son of former NFL QB and the results have been remarkable as he's completing 70% over his passes on 10.2 yards/att with 7TD to only 1 Int and a 175.85 QB rating. Just phenomenal, but the only caveat to that is that those stats were gained against Idaho St., Virginia, Hawaii, and Colorado St. Not exactly the 85 Bears on defense, so maybe the jury is still out a little on this guy, but the future sure does look bright for Boise St. playing in the MWC.

My man tmader!!! Good to see you chime in..... As for mcnichols, he is listed as questionable, and if there's any way he's able to play I don't see how they keep him out of the lineup going up agains the best defense they'll face in conference all season... This game means a lot and although Boise would love to be at home on the smurf turf, I just see them as a much better team. This won't be a blowout but I see this as a 14 point win... Eventually Utah state will have to move the ball and I just don't see it with their QB situation

I have both Cincinnati +7 and Boise State -9. I am more confident in the Cincy pick, just because of how explosive their offense is, both rushing and passing. I don't see BYU running away with this one regardless.

Nice thread. Wow, I just checked then doubled checked my line, it's down to +4/110. What gives? I plugged Cincy earlier this a.m. at 6.5/E. Hmmmmm. Anyone else see that?

Dropped to +4.

I bought back on BYU at -4 trying to middle +7 and -4.

Took the UNDER in the Boise St/Utah St game. Not sure how effective Utah St will be moving the ball even at home. They have a better defense than what Boise St has been facing. Total at 51, if no OT thinking this has a pretty decent shot. Just a 1U play on it.

Good luck especially on the middle and all your other bets, neighbor. Hope I did this correctly, amateur at this for now.

Boise state line now down to -7.5 at betonline.... Lots of steam on Utah state.... Could possibly get the line to 7... If so I'm laying the hammer again

I just put $500 on cincy. Moore is starting. Tanner is a bit banged up. It's almost a 60/40 split. Seems like public always loses on Fridays
