Some relevant Jay Leno news (personally I prefer Letterman, but Leno has his audience)

Senor Wences Big Hit on Jay Leno

Written by Morgan Truce

BURBANK, CA (AP) The audience on the "Tonight Show" was treated to a live performance by Senor Wences and his friends Johnny and Pedro. The 105-year-old ventriloquist from Spain had been recently fired by Ed Sullivan after Pedro (the voice in the box) hurled several insults at the not easily amused Mr. Sullivan.

Senor Wences had been living on the street in New York for several weeks, using the high-pitched voice of Johnny to panhandle money from people in Times Square. Comedian Jay Leno was practicing his "Jaywalking" routine when he came upon the unemployed Senor Wences and asked the ventriloquist, "Is everything all right?"

" "S'all right," came the deep voice from the wooden box, followed by the abrupt sound of the lid snapping shut. Jay Leno insisted on bringing the whole act back to California with him, and the next day they all drove across the country in Jay's Duesenberg SJ --- amusing toll collectors all across the country with "Johnny" asking directions at every stop.

During the first appearance on the "Tonight Show" it became apparent that Kevin Eubanks thought "Pedro" was real when he asked him out on a date

Since you have so publicly stated your intention to chargeback a valid charge, and have written SBT management attempting to make you case, you are going to have a very difficult time with your bank supporting your claim for charging back.

You really got caught this time playing with money you don't have.

WHat are you talking about. I made those deposits in good faith. Now for the past month they have refused to pay me and to discuss the matter with me. They have lied repeatedly to me. If I should choose to do a charge back, I would have every right to do so. Not to mention the fact that I have repeatedly told them that I need those payouts in order to pay for the depsoits I made.

Sorry Jerome, but you've clearly either not read or not understood my posts

Exactly, Marc. When you chargeback, you sign a legal document stating that you did not make the charges, or they did not deliver the product/service as advertised.

You have gone on record stating that you did receive the service. The issue is that you don't have the money to pay off your legally acquired debt.

That is your problem. Not SBT's.

Jerome,

When you play at a book, the service you expect is that when you win you get paid. I won, now they refuse to pay. They won't tell me why. Only that it is up to managemnet, but managemnet won't speak to me.

So no, I did not get the serive I paid for. If I wasn't going to be paid, I didn't need to send real money, I could have played for fake money

Jerome,

just so you are aware, most people associate SBT with sportsbettingtrivia. Until now I don't recall ever seeing SBT associated with sportingbet plc sites.

I also notice that these are your first posts. DO you work for them, if so send me your email and we can communicate directly

Haven't spoken to creditcard compaies yet, but I have spoken to EFS, they acknowledge that i shouldn't have any problems doing acharge back. Even called thier credit card processors and asked if they could intervene, but the said their hands are tied unitl I actually commence the charge back.

Hopefully this will get resolved without having to resort to it

A lot of people don't realize that Jay has had quite a film career as well as being a world class comic.

Dating back 3 decades, Jay's career includes such legendary films as "the Flintstones", "American Hot Wax" and "Silver Bears"

Here's the big guy's filmography for those of you interested:

JeromeJ is probably the webmaster of the site cheating Marc. That would be my guess.
