There's a web site called smokefree.com you can order them for about $1.35 a pack. I'm not sure if the web address is correct so you will have to search for it. Let me know if you want me to get it for you.

YesSmoke has cigarettes from $ 10.95 per carton ($ 4.95 for Marlboro and other premium brands) including free shipping, plus Toscano cigars and various wines.

Unfortunately, you couldn't pull off the sort of thing that JJ is pretending to be contemplating using YesSmoke -- you can only order one carton at a time if you want to get past customs without paying duties, so while you could make some dough it would hardly be worth it.
