I am in severe pain, 28 years old, not overweight but just started to exercise again after a 4 month break... my back is killing me, usually after being sited for more than 3-4 hours at work (8-10 hr shifts, desk).

Hopefully near San Pedro.

Dr. Scott Englander in heredia. I'll have to dig up his number. He'll give you a year package unlimited sessions for like $300 bucks I think. This guy is big and strong and will crack the living shit out of you. He's gringo.

My back always hurts after I'm 'sited' for more than 3-4 hours at work. In all seriousness, take the butt plug out of your ass and do not get back surgery. You can alleviate your back pain with physical therapy. If you've been out of commission for 4 months, you need to start out easy at the gym. Especially when working out legs. Do not jog whatsoever. Wait until you strengthen your lower back. Take anti-inflammatory pills and correct your posture when you're sitting down. If you have a shitty mattress buy a new one, quality one. A chiropractor will alleviate your pain temporarily but the rest depends on you.

I played semipro soccer 10 years ago, halted by kneecap injury, but besides that no injuries, only time I heard my back crack was when defending a friend from a beat down 2-3 really big guys (club security enforcers) pinned me down and kicked the shit outta me, they couldn't drop me for about 30 seconds while hanging down from my neck/back and when they did I heard the crack but I don't recall the pain lasting more than 2-3 days. That was 10 years ago as well. The pain is focused in the middle of my back, constant spurts of pain without pause, when I get up and stretch a bit I feel a little relief... I don't feel any weird sensations on my legs... I recently started working in an office after 2 years and the pain started after the 2nd week... been a month now, I'm guessing related to not being used to sitting down plus a bad posture...

This, I'll say weak lower back, glutes and quads work on them as well as strengthening your core it should really help you

Jay I actually squat a lot when not on exercise pause... Usually I jog and when I come home I do 2-3 series of 200 abs, 100 squats, 100 press-ups and 100 weights... That's when I'm not really in shape, when in shape I do 5 series of those in 1 hour or less

I saw him once when he was in Puntarenas. I don't like the one hydraulic table he had, but otherwise he was good. There was a huge billboard across the street from me... ill check to see if its still there and get a number
