Anyone here Bowl? (not internet bowling) tennis? any sports?? is bowling a sport?

I love to bowl, but, since shoulder surgery a year ago, i haven't even considered trying.

Anyone here in a league? Or just like to bowl?

Any other sports you play currently?

Reminds of some really dumb shit i have done at the bowling alley

Lesson learned: don't forget last frame, then, decide you don't have to bother with the shoes to bowl it...Socks on alley + too many beers to count = Ambulance ride

Bowling is where my gambling all started actually....I use to bet my 6th grade pal every saturday morning in our league, 3 bucks a game...lol

We bowl duckpins up here Uncle.....3 balls little small balls and the pins fly around, pins are smaller too...a good score in ducks is 125 and up...My high game 188...

I have been the anchorman for my league bowling team a long time now and I still carry about a 190 average...(about the same number as my golf game, too, lol)

Not too shabby for an old man...

But I dont know how many more years I will continue since my team never wins!

Duckpins take more skill,lol... But its a dying sport, not alot of duckpin alleys left....I guess its all what you were raised on...

I have Bowled Tenpins but way after I had bowled ducks for years and it just wasn`t the same...Way more pin action with duckpins...

Bowling is a fun sport to gamble on too...

One game me and my buddies used to play 8 or better, we didn`t bet alot maybe 5 bucks a rd. U get one ball and you have to get 8 or better with it (which isn`t that easy in ducks) if you got the 8 you were in for the next rd til one guy was left...3-4 guys fun stuff

I think thats what they had up north, when i was a kid.

Yeah its a little larger than a softball and you can really bring some serious heat if you got game

Bowling...now your talking!! Thats my sport boys..(stop laughing) Bowl a few times per week..also travel for tournaments. Actually go to VEGAS twice a year to bowl!
