Anyone here bet action points?

Never have used them. But Duke tonight seems like a perfect spot. I think they win by 20, and if they don't cover, it won't be by much. Thinking about putting 1/10 of a bet a point and taking 10 points. Anyone have success with these bets? Just curious.

why 1/10th of your normal bet ? that means best case scenario and duke covers by 10 points more than the line.. you win a normal size wager. why not just bet duke at the normal line for a normal wager? that way they dont have to cover by 10 points over the spread for you to win a normal wager amount...

just thinking out loud here... I guess the upside of that scenario is that if duke doesnt cover you may only lose a few bucks as opposed to your normal size wager.

I use them regularly where I consider a good chance of a blow-out vs small loss. Over the Years in NFL, I have found its a good thing to have the better rushing team on your side, the Home Team, as they play better whether way in front or way behind. Giving up too many points is a no-no and always approach a game from the Defensive point of view.
