No Personal Experience, but I'll Tell You This and It May Be HARD To BELIEVE Considering The Size, but......In My 17 Years w/ The PO, SleepNumber Beds by Select Comfort Have To Be The Most RETURNED Product! Especially Last Sept/Oct....They Must Have Had a "TRY It BEFORE You BUY It!" B/C We Had About 30 Brought In To Be "Returned To Sender!"

Or Maybe The Customers Just Couldn't Pay For Them After their Free Trial!
But Sure Seems Like Alot Of Trouble Just To Sleep Good For 30 Days!

Bought a Queen in 1999 when I was single. I Loved it!

Had it until 2010.

My wife hated it though. Now we got a pillow top, and I am no fan of it.

We did look at Select Comfort Kings and to be honest I did not think it was as comfortable as my old queen. Not sure if they changed things (Im sure they have) from '99 but something seemed different.

stayed at a hotel with the sleep number, was nothing special. Actually we are mattress shopping too. Waiting for a hotel that had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in call me back to tell me its brand and model lol...

All I can say, is stay away from Pillowtops. I had one, and within 4 years, it started to sag in the areas we layed in the most, the edges became to filmsy (sp?)... it was awful. definitely not durable, and although it was comfortable at first, a mattress shouldn't go bad that quickly.

The Silverton where I stay a lot in Vegas supposedly has the same mattresses that they have at the Bellagio. If so, it's a very comfortable bed and they throw in some pillows and comforters from an outfit called "Pacific Coast Pillows" or something like that. Best pillows and comforters I've ever slept on or in!
