in the Lanes End race where he did not run a lick!! Great race today by Birdstone and PRado. They were the best today!

i had 10 bux on him at pinnacle at +480. Also had 10 bux on the other 7. Everyone had 10 bux on them except Smarty Jones to win, had the 3rd highest payout I could have had too.

Also, $2 show field except Smarty.

+$8.10 or so plus $6.10 for Royal Assault.

With a couple of other losers, won about $40.

After buying the drinks, I won.............

I was already to take Hard Rock , but saw all the squares pounded him from 10-1 to 6-1, I want to be in the line that is the least crowded when I bet.

I had him. Only because in the NY Post 6 on the sports staff had Smarty and 4 or 5 had Birdstone. No way am I betting a 1-5 shot. I bet $6 to win on Birdstone. $300 at +254 on no win for Smarty. And $75 to place on Smarty. All at Pinnacle. When he turned for home I figured I would at least win the place bet. I nearly sh!t when I saw Birdstone grinding it out. I'm only posting this because no one knows I wager on the horses so I have nobody to share this with. Needless to say I'm not feeling to upset for Smarty right now. That mile and a 1/2 is a killer so Smarty has nothing to really be upset about.
