I thought they had promo where they are giving out 2% cash back based on your risk amount during NFL playoff till superbowl. I called to inquire about this and rep I spoke with does not know anything about this promo. Has anhone got their cash back yet? Or am I thinking about other book offering this promo? I swear to God I thought this was through ez.

Naw... I am done with them.. Talk to ray, he was bot helpful at all saying I should have called to request this promo before.. Well.. I got pissed and asked him to close my account... He was rude in a way because he cuts me off while I was trying to tell him that information and rule that was posted on therx regarding this promo does not state we have to call in to enroll into this promo. And he was loke yes it does say it. And I was like no it does not. Well, I went back to read it again and it doesnt say it. While I am typing this, ray calls me back and said he talk to marketing dept and I am elligible to receive it and he will put it in. I was like I asked you to close my account and whats the point of putting money into closed account? His reponse was that he have to put it in since I am elligible so my account will remain closed with fund in it pretty much. I was like okay bye and hung up... This place ..... I dont know. They need to train ppl with right info. Some reps didnt even know they were offering this 2% cash back.
