I would lean under 3 wins. Like someone else said, there only real winnable games are Miami OH (3 pt road dogs) and home to Duke and Rice. Rice has a pretty solid team this year and could easily get a win in Nashville. I'd be surprised if they won an SEC game.

vanderbilt is having a rebuilding year and i believe they are well coached but just cannot get the athletes like the rest of the sec because of academics. they will be much improved next season but will struggle to get to 3 wins this year. line does seem about right.

That would be me. I took Vandy Under 3 -105 about a month ago. One of five totals plays I made, so it's not like Vandy is one of many I feel that way about. Duke has their best team in years, and could even finish out of the cellar this year (wins over Virginia and NC State).

I love the under. They will start the season with a one game winning streak and end it with a 11 game losing streak.

I live in Nashville. The Dores could have a run at a bowl this year. Yes, they did lose alot of linemen, defense and offense but their secondary is one of the best in the country.

Corner DJ Moore and Safety Rashad Langford will be playing on Sunday. If you look at the schedule Miami, Rice, and Duke are wins. Ole Miss is rebuilding, South Carolina has no QB and Vandy beat them in Columbia last year. This year they play on Thursday night and crazy things happen on ESPN on Thursdays. Kentucky is going to be down this year without a QB and Miss State and Wake are a question mark.

Vandy should have beaten Georgia and UT last year. This is not your grandfather's Vanderbilt.

Vandy easily wins more than 3 games.

The reason it hits on or goes under three is that the three teams Vandy would have beaten easily last year will be improved. Miami brings a lot back and is favored in that game for a reason. Duke will be one of the most improved teams in the nation (a legitimate bowl contender in what I expect to be a terribly mediocre conference). And the Vandy secondary better be as good as everyone feels it can be if the Dores are going to slow down Clement and Dillard.

Vandy will likely be double digit dogs seven times this season and will be dogs ten times. That said, I think Bobby Johnson can steal an SEC game or two from a team that doesn't give his team respect. I'd guess exactly three wins, and say that two is slightly more likely than four.
