Boxing has fallen in the states but not so much overseas. Make sure to watch Joe Calzaghe against Mikkel Kessler in a month or so and pay attention to the attendance (fight is in britain). Places like Britain, Germany and Japan still do very good boxing bussines. The US is down a bit but that's because the general public likes the heavyweights to much in the US. There's all kinds of good fighters and fights in smaller divisions. A good example just from this year would be Israel Vasquez-Rafael Marquez II. It was an absolute war and blood and guts fight but they are small so nobody cares. The truth is the best fights are often in those smaller divisions. A lot of people talk shit about boxing but don't really know what they are talking about.
