I had one I bought used in 69 for $2800.

These were outlawed in Demolition Derbys..Too Tuff,Nobody could beat an Imperial... Chrysler Imperials...This is a 71

My First car-68 Mustang 400 bucks + the Engine rebuild parts...Sold to a guy for 650 he wanted the 289 I rebuilt....Old Cars are cool subject...Thanks for starting the thread.

I had a 81 Imperial. Good looking car but wouldn't be much use in the D-Derby. All they would have to do is avoid it and it would breakdown on its own.

I watch that show sometimes...Hope you are watching it in High Definition.. makes a HUGE difference..
