Outside of the roaches and bed bugs, probably rank it 3 out of 5.

My wife is a travel agent for aaa... and has to warn her clients that some of the Mexican resorts is using moonshine/grain alcohol in their mixes.... to cut costs...

Just be careful with premixed drinks..
