Anyone ever had a Neteller EFT from bank to Neteller take longer than 5 days?

I never send EFT's from my bank to Neteller.

Only from Neteller to bank.

I did have a slight problem yesterday. My EFT deposits have always been accepted by neteller in 5 days, like clockwork. The one I did last Monday was still showing PENDING at 6:00 est Friday. When I called at 6:30 pm they said they were running behind but would get it done later that evening. It finally showed up as available about 8:30pm. Lucky me, I would have lost two MLB 7:00pm games if the money was available on time.

So, you might want to call them if it's been more than 5 days. By the way, Neteller's customer service has gotten much better. They handled my problem in a very friendly and professional manner.

Never more than 5 BUSINESS days (don't count weekend).

You've got to give them a lot of credit for stepping up to the plate and saying "we are running a little behind". When a business takes responsibility--it builds my confidence in them.
