I've seen a couple steam moves before games and thought about betting them. For those who are not familiar with the term, steam moves are when the betting line moves rapidly in one direction.
If you look for steam on a "quick" book and then bet the line on a "slow" book, does the slow book know you're betting steam? Has anyone ever been suspended from a book for doing that?
