Anyone ever been up in a Helicopter ??

People think I'm crazy for flying the hot air balloon, but it's actually the most tranquil thing ever. I love helicopters too, and both are by far my favorite things to fly in (can't afford the upkeep on a heli so will never have one, unfortunately). Enjoy your trip, the nerves will go away quickly after takeoff. Sit back and enjoy the ride...

Suppose to take a ride this weekend in a helicopter and not sure if this is a Good thing ....

I've been on small planes and crap ... and never had a problem. But feel a helicopter goes Down ... it goes DOWN !

I can get anxiety from the height and feeling of being trapped - I take some xanax prior to getting in

I have a few times in Marines. Once was in Hawaii which was cool. I've never been on a non military, but I trust military helicopters more just for the fact I know it's very well maintained. If you go through a company like the one you mentioned I'm sure it's properly maintained as well. You will enjoy it.

Hot air balloons are great especially on dates. A girl that enjoys hot air ballooning is my kind of girl. Need a girl with an adventurous spirit. Never been on a helicopter.

Word. Well lucky for me, my girl's uncle also owns 2 hot air balloons, 3 planes with another on the way. But, I can't talk him into buying a helicopter, but he does allow access to the balloons and planes on occasion, so I'll just keep
my big mouth shut for a change...

Having your own access and being able to fly a balloon when ever you want to... that's fantastic! I have a rent one out.. with someone else on the controls of course. I can fly a glider but not a balloon.
