I am a so called high roller, so I have to call their high roller # 800 558 1485, so I call 800 558 1485 after the 13th or so ring they answer, and say we have to transfer you to the high roller, which is what I just called. I then tell them my pin # and they ask me to repeat it, like they didnt hear me.
