This. I used to put a half gallon water in the freezer the day before a bender. When I got home, I'd add some water to the ice pound a bunch and leave it by the bed (along with a few aspirins or ibuprofen... never mix tylenol with booze). The ice melts in the night, and if you wake up in the wee hours to take a leak that ice cold water is heaven. The next morning I'd recommend heavy hydration- apple juice is great, along with Gatorade. McDonalds' old-school Orange Drink, before they got that Hi-C shit was a great remedy as well. After you are hydrated, take a few more advil and then eat some greasy food.. eggs, biscuits/gravy, hell even Taco Bell. There used to be a product on the market called XS or something, it was green and tasted like Maalox, I swore by the stuff, but I think that they stopped making it.
