I agree but its still not something we should expect from a "Platinum Sponsor" , they need to fix this asap

Hmmmmm a little disappointing ..I have over $800.00 in there now from a $100.00 dep and $200.00 in pulse from $25.00 contest lol

Oh yea I have not received the email.....

I only received a email because one of my wagers was graded wrong and I sent them a email about it. So if you don't have any wagers graded wrong you probably wouldn't receive a email

That's what I'm thinking. People are writing them off as a scam book when all they asked was for a few days to figure out their shit. Calm down folks... sounds like it'll get sorted out before too long.

They were offering a70% to100% bonus this past weekend thru Monday Columbus Day. Now come Tuesday morning, hold all payouts until we check all prior wagers and post times.
Sounds like BS to me.
I will bet they find all sorts of crap that will be in their favor on many accounts so they don't have to pay. No way for the player to prove shit unless you take a screen shot of all your wagers. I probably have over 100 wagers with them and don't have the time for that.
I hope I am wrong and I will apologize if I am. But I know i am right.
Stall tactics and BS and big deposit bonuses up till the day before.
I know that Wil and the RX management will do their best to help the forum members. Let's hope it's enough.

I guess it's now OK to criticize this former sponsor ?

The issues with this shop were so numerous, how could anyone not see what was coming ?

came out of nowhere

severe grading issues

no free phone number

line problems

lies about having 32,000 customers

and about every other thing you could think of

possibly the worst ran book to ever grace this forum ?

dont understand why everyone runs to line up and play at some brand new book that offers a decent bonus, when there are quality books that have been around for years that have a solid track record.

Easy to understand. RX members deposited with the untested books to qualify for the full prizes in the season long, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday contests. Being of sound mind on this choice, I opted to sign up for accounts, but not to deposit. I'd rather use a few 20% prizes with books that were not fully ready to operate than my money.
Last year the RX had two books Hollywoodsportsbook and SIA as sponsors for contests. Posters did not have to deposit prior to contests to qualify for full prizes. Winners had to deposit $100 to claim their full prizes. Then you had to do a 6x rollover. In my view a completely superior method to run for contest prizes. I won, made deposits and played with both books for a very long time and took payouts.

Well Doug, I deposited $900 to enter the contest. I have completed all required seasonal action for the prizes in the SYNBET season long contest.

Most posters probably sent in more than $200 minimum

doug you and I both know over the years, especially in the neteller days you took numerous risks and posted up at virtually unheard of newer books many times (what is your count 80 books total?)..Including some super shady ones...but in your mind it was worth some risk to give it a shot, they offered so e special things that perhaps could pay off, and many paid off, many did not make it, I for one am thrilled I saw nine.com here one day and posted up with that shop..betsupe which this could be a total flop... .....there is risk reward, but the risk is at least a bit less if the book
actually is at a major forum and has some contact...plus the forum has in some cases (not enough) helped post up players that support the books at their forums..its a risk reward calculation that all players have to make choices on..

Give them a shot guys. I mean they graded a few plays wrong and they probably graded some losing plays as winning plays. I can understand holding off payments because of that

More like 180 books, the key thing being " in the Neteller days"...now you have to pay 10% to get your own money out.

I never experienced a book with these kind of grading and line issues. It screams of gross incompetence.

I realise we have few options left in the USA, but I'd pass on these guys.
